Enhanced Responsible Drinking Campaign for Racecourses Created

Alcohol education charity Drinkaware and The Racecourse Association are launching ‘Pace Yourself Plus’ ‘Pace Yourself Plus’ is an enhanced version of their successful ‘Pace Yourself’ responsible drinking campaign. It will be in operation at racecourses this year, with a specific focus on some of the sport’s biggest events including the Randox Health Grand National Festival from 12-14 April. Pace Yourself has been running for five years at all 59 Racecourse Association courses in Great Britain. Siren Committing to Cask

Siren Craft Brew have underlined their commitment to cask beer by signing a new agreement with The Draft House Berkshire-based Siren, recently named one of the world’s top 100 breweries by Ratebeer, have penned a long term deal with The Draft House, a 13-strong group of pubs located in London and Milton Keynes. The new relationship ensures that at least one of Siren’s Flagship Beers, or their ‘Suspended In’ range, will be on cask at each of The Draft House sites throughout 2018 and into 2019. TBAS Launches ‘HOP’Line for Scottish Brewers

The Brewers’ Association of Scotland has today launched a free helpline for brewers offering advice on licensing and HMRC from TLT LLP and Johnston Carmichael Scotland’s brewing industry is flourishing, there are more than 125 operating breweries throughout the country stretching from Shetland to Stranraer, with even more planned, and the public appetite for Scottish beer shows no sign of slowing down.
