Wentworth GoldPours a super clear golden colour. The head is foamy but doesn’t stay long.

The hoppy, slightly grassy aroma isn’t unpleasant but doesn’t set my world on fire.

Slight malty grapefruit taste with a dry bitter finish.

The WPA gets the vote – and it’s an easy winner. The Gold, although quaffable was a bit bland in comparison to the WPA which really ‘hit the spot’ and I was wanting another when I’d finished it. The Gold, I could take-it or, leave-it.

You can visit The Wentworth Brewery Website where you can order their beers using a form on their website.
